Hi, My name is Sean Powell and I've been in the cosmetic industry for over 17 years working as a multi-dimensional artist. I have lead retail teams to making a client friendly and result driven atmosphere. I received my Bachelors degree in fashion and marketing from Johnson & Wales University and my DREAM was to one day open my own business in the vastly growing and

ever changing cosmetic world.

Beauty and Main had been around for over 20 years and is still supplying and satisfying it clients. The vision of Beauty and Main will continue to evolve with our services and your favorite retail brands.

We want our mission of Beauty and Main to be that you can be the best version of yourself. We specialize in helping you reach your ultimate beauty potential to your comfortability. Our fantastic team is highly educated and experienced as makeup and skincare professionals. With our partnered Spa we strive to elevate services and results.

Hi, My name is Cathy Veretimos and I’ve been working in the industry for 35 years.

I have worked at Neiman’s as

a manager for Laura Mercier

in Boston, I then

went on to be a regional Makeup Artist for Trish McEvoy, BobbiBrown, Channel & Dior. I worked for Beauty and Main for 5 years as a manager until I was offered an opportunity to own the one and only still remaining Beauty and Main store in Wellesley.

After 6 years of owning the business

I was lucky enough to be able to pass the baton to Sean Powell who now is the owner of

Beauty and Main. I am

now working at the store

Hi my name is, Tülin Grossman, and I have been a professional makeup artist for over 20 years with experience in Runway, Editorial, Weddings, Headshots, Bar|Bat Mitzvahs, Special Occasions and Lessons.

My love of skin and beauty started when I was a Store Manager for The Body Shop, located in Harvard Square at the time, followed by taking a position as the Boston Area Manager for five Aveda Retail store locations. I learned so much about skincare and body care through Aveda’s and The Body Shop’s amazing educational training and workshops.

Eventually, my retail management career came to a close when I became a Mom in 2006. I missed being a makeup artist immensely and started my own Freelance Makeup Business on the side. Lucky for me when I was asked to be part of the makeup team for StyleWeek Providence, I met the coordinator for Laura Mercier and was recruited to be a Regional Artist for Laura Mercier. My position led me to Beauty and Main in 2011 and it was here I found my work family and began to work exclusively for Beauty and Main. The love I have for our team and clients allows me to have a home away from home! In addition to being a makeup artist, I LOVE merchandising the store, marketing our amazing products on social media, and event planning.

My favorite products at Beauty and Main are Dark Tan Towels, Caudelie Beauty Elixir, Alchimie Skincare and literally every piece of makeup from Laura Mercier, especially Laura Mercier’s Bronzers and Highlighters. I can’t say enough about Trish McEvoys Makeup Planners and makeup brushes - they are a life saver for everyone on the go!

My favorite signature makeup look look for all is dewy sun-kissed bronzed skin, glossy lips, with a focus on making everyone’s eye color pop utilizing color theory. Ultimately though, my goal is to make YOU feel comfortable and beautiful. Natural, Classic, Glam, Edgy? I have you covered!

Amanda B

Hi, My name is Amanda Bowen Comeau

and i'm an acclaimed Makeup Artist and Spray Tan specialist that has been in the industry for 20 years. Makeup is truly my passion! In college, I studied Fashion Merchandising and enjoyed the glitz and glamour of the fashion world. I was fortunate to partner up with local designers to help with the makeup for their fashion shows. It was a great learning experience for me. After college graduation, I knew being a makeup artist was exactly what I wanted to do, so, I was off and running!

For the past 20 years, I've worked as a successfully trained makeup artist and skincare specialist. I've traveled the country working major makeup events for well known cosmetic brands. I've done makeup for television, fashion shows, parties, and especially, weddings. I truly believe that makeup should only enhance your natural beauty! Hi, My name is Natalie Havrylik. I am a Professional makeup artist with over 20 years experience in the industry, 13 of those at Beauty and Main. I am a licensed esthetician graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute Of Esthetics. Although I am knowledgeable in skincare and spa therapy my passion is mostly in makeup artistry.

My interest for skincare started when I worked for Origins and was inspired to go to school to become an esthetician. Once that was completed I worked at Sephora at Chestnut Hill for 3 years which opened a whole new world of inspiration for makeup artistry. I was one of the few that got picked to attend Sephora Encore Makeup Expert classes at the Main Headquarters in New York as well as various master classes at Smashbox studios in L.A.

I then worked for Chantecaille at Barney’s New York at the Prudential Center but soon after getting the job I learned I was going to become a mom and no longer could do all the commuting into Boston on the train. So as a new mom I was excited to get the job at Beauty and Main and be close to home at the time. I have grown here with an incredible team of artists for the past 13 years and still love what I do. I offer on and off site makeup services including lash application. I’m your gal if you want a Natural Glam look!
